Ugh it's frustrating not winning again but I can handle that one a little better today. We all knew it took Kevin's car about 4 or 5 laps to really start coming in and like Kevin said that was a worse case scenario for us when that caution came out with less than 2 laps to go! Everybody did a great job today. A 4th, 6th, 7th, 1st and 2nd to open up the season! Great start!! Enjoy the off week everybody!

Congratulations to the 4 team, they were the fastest and best all day again which is impressive!! I mean he pulls away running "B" laps! next time bring it to victory lane.
Harvick told Rodney after he took the checkered flag that maybe he should have went down on air pressure instead of up to get more grip, I hope they can get that figured out because a lot these races are coming down to a late caution at the end, you know they have to feel the same way!
Is it difficult to practice or test for this? Or are they screwed because of the particular setup they have in the car?

Testing for this can be done. During all the practice sessions. Unless of course it's major changes, shocks, example. But most of that is tested and done b4 qualifying because you're limited on what you can change after qualifying. It is crazy weird that they can't figure out a short run gwc scenario. Just the last couple of years they've probably lost 6 or so races over it. Granted, they've won a lot of races too, for being the best car out there almost every race. Its just losing these types that frustrates us all. And to add to insult, they said jj's last 11 wins, Harvick finished 2nd in them 9 times. OUCH!

our restarts were a bit weak all day---fraid that would burn us at the end of the day

Im STILL mad as hell about Harvick losing that race sunday!! Seeing all the replays and race hub stuff etc. I hope they hang themselves with that superman cape! Talk about some "fixed races" as Kyle would say! Special paint scheme...to victory lane, with no caution nobody would have caught Harvick, nascar wanting to continue with they're exciting new racing...!!
Anyway just felt like venting I have a hard time letting go!
And the board has been kind of dead so...
