Something gotta change. Race strategy, adjustments, the crew, none of it is good.
They're bringing fast cars and they're good for 4/5 of the race, but when it comes down to money time, it's a complete shit show week in and week out.

Atlanta was an easy win that was completely fumbled by Rodney.
This week they slowly dialed the car out as the race went, consistently lost spots in the pits, and then fumbled another easy pit call at the end to give themselves a shot.
Something should indeed change in how these races are called.

He didn't have a car to win this week. So it doesn't matter.

He did at the halfway point and like Jake said, every stop from there it was lose a spot or spots and bad adjustments that didn't keep up with the track, same as last year.
And even if you don't have a winning car, you don't need to compound it with horrific decision-making.

I don't think they necessarily struggle at the changes to keep up with the track but they have struggled with that at Martinsville for some reason. The losing spots on pit road is the biggest of deals. It can't keep happening! I'm not sure what they can do at this point!
