Harvick already has two Sprint Cup wins at Chicagoland and three wins in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. He won the inaugural Sprint Cup race there on July 15, 2001, and made it back-to-back Chicagoland wins as he reached victory lane again on July 14, 2002. His three Xfinity Series wins came in September 2005, July 2007 and September 2014.

P12 in the first practice. The car looked loose and they never ran a 10 lap run so not sure how our speed is on the long hall.

The #42 may be the car to beat when it's all said and done. He's my sneaky pick for the final-4 if I was going to guess.

No he over drives the car. He does not know how to point race.

P1 in 10 lap by almost a MPH faster than the 48. Only 16 fastest in single lap time. Kurt was second fastest however.
I would have liked to have seen it but NBC was non stop soccer coverage instead.

They never show Harvick on the track anyway. At the end of practice they talk about the 4. They said Kevin said something was wrong with the car. Not sure if it was mechanical or not. They suck at covering Kevin in practice. Mr 18 and 48 is what they like for what ever reason.

Car was solid on ten lap avg again but I don't really even look at practice anymore. They always have speed.

I used to watch every race, but now I only see one every couple months. not paying the extra $70/month just for NBCSN and FS1

Nascar bending the rules again in favor of Joe Gibbs and Toyota in this Nationwide race.
Ridiculous.

No he over drives the car. He does not know how to point race. Not sure if you've been watching him lately, but this isn't close to the truth... Richmond - finished 2nd Darlington - finished 3rd Michigan - WON Bristol - finished 24th Watkins Glen - finished 29th, but was running 4th until dumped in final turn by AJ Pocono - finished 6th Indianapolis - finished 5th So, in the last 7 races, he's really only finished worse than 6th one time (Bristol) if you remove AJ dumping him running 4th at Watkins (not his fault). I'd say that's some pretty good points racing.

Did not really realize those stats. I am used to him running to the front and smashing the wall down. He just might be the dark horse.

Nascar bending the rules again in favor of Joe Gibbs and Toyota in this Nationwide race. Ridiculous. Missed the race. What did NASCAR do to the Gibb's bunch and Toyota? Kyle Busch was pitting and he passed a car to the right while coming into his pit stall. The announcers made the point that you can no longer pass cars on pit road as per the new pit road rule. However Nascar stated he did nothing wrong. Typical inconsistent Nascar.
