He isn't a fan of the coming 2019 rules package that's going to have probably half the races be plate races like the All-Star Race. Left the drivers council over it. But he also said it is what it is and he's confident whatever the rules are they'll be good. With JR out of the sport I'm curious as to what brain dead driver would actually be in favor of running restricter plates on tracks other than the death rings? If he left the Drivers Council over a dispute over the 2019 rules package, who took the side of restrictor plates? Hopefully this proposed 2019 rules package dies off with the departure of Drunken Brian France. He didn’t leave the drivers council. Never understand why people make things up. He had a scheduled weekend with his kid and knew a month before hand that he would be missing this meeting. If you don’t believe me then go listen to this weeks happy hours. |

Has anyone noticed that the JJ's paint scheme is different this weekend? On the sides that black and white have been reversed. I wonder if it's due to trying a new way to trick the OSS?

I swear I saw a video on Twitter saying he wasn't going to them anymore period, but I can't find it on Twitter now. It conducted was during the Mustang unveiling.

It just reminds me of Facebook and all the false information that flows around like the truth. I hope to god they don’t start using that package. Turn the arca series into a plate series if they want too but don’t touch the cup cars. |

If the all star package is implemented at the 1.5 mike tracks, well there goes our 4-5 win seasons for good.

Well... KB didn't win! Lots of Toyota parts all over the race track! SHR wins …. Better if Kevin was the SHR driver winning... Smiles all around!

Back to the Harvick / Kryle … When Harvick was racing Kryle at the end of stage 2... Yeah the 17 was a moving road block! But I also noticed a few other interesting things. Harvick ran shrub down and then Shrub picked up the pace...ALOT! Almost to an unrealistic level. I joke about Toyota using a push-to-pass button. If I wouldn't have know better... I would have bet that Kryle was using one. After he went on that amazing run... he started overheating! Only damage he got on the front was from Truex. I wonder if Kryles backup ignition box is tuned a little hot... I remember years ago when they were in the discussion about going to electronic ignition. One of the issues was keeping it a level playing field with the tech in the ignition box. But then again... he said it himself! "That was all me!" What away to make your parents proud! I love using Kyle as a learning tool. Kids this is not how you treat others! He's a great visual aid! LOL!

Oh... Did you guys hear that a Truex fan tried to pick a fight with KB! LOL! Harvick just needs to stay in the picture. KB and Truex will take care of each other! Sucks to be the 78 team.
