I cant make myself watch this race this week.between the #18 starting first and #4 having a mediocre car im just not in the mood to watch a scripted nascar race and hear all about "the greatest driver of all time"...ill check in with you all later after the "race"... Listening to Sirius Nascar radio I thought Chase Elliot was/is the best driver of all time. I was thinking the same thing about nbc after napping through the pre-race

Joey played that run to the checkers perfectly. Let the 78 by knowing he had that last corner to get to the 78 bumper and take it right back at the checker.
Fantastic finish.

I got through that race in about 45 minutes with DVR. Glad I didn't watch it live. Once again, we weren't even competitive at Martinsville which I now consider to be BY FAR our worst track. We have to "luck" into top 10s at this place. Was hoping Brad or Denny would win obviously. Logano is a sniveling little b!tch, but I can't say I wouldn't have cheered for Kevin to do the same (though with Truex racing him clean so long I would have thought it to be pretty dirty). Obviously glad Pouty didn't win. I hate Ryan Newman - but Kevin should have walled him. He is nothing but a rolling chicane, and he should just be dumped when he pulls that crap. Going into the next races with +25 (or whatever we are at) is fine. If we don't have any mechanical issues or bonehead Rodney/pit road mistakes, we should be fine.

Three words: MORE SHORT TRACKS
Saw where Rodney said they tried to go in more of a direction with the setup as the 14 had in the Spring, and it backfired on them. Even still, we came out of Martinsville with a good points situation, and could very easily win one of the next two, if not both.

Joey is taking alot of slack for his maneuver... Now I live close to where Joey grew up but Im in no way a disciple... I'm thinking any driver woulda done the same thing on the final lap.
No foul as far as I'm concerned
I kinda like that Truex is steamed and pretty much declared war on Joey---LOL

I see we got wacked for loose lugnuts----nice Well if they would have taken the time to tighten it we would have finished back around 15th. Rodney has 10 grand to spare. Took one for the team.

If he does......it is rigged. and it'll be another straw out of the watchability hat!!!
