Keep seeing rumors on Facebook that this race is being moved to Charlotte, but it seems like they’d have announced it by now.
Anyway, I’ve been on night shift and have been watching some of Kevin’s early wins to pass time on my nights off. Here’s a good sentimental win from Texas in 2005 after DeLana’s dad died.

Haven’t been to a race in 4 years. My least favorite part is being sandwiched in with a bunch of other people. Took advantage of the pandemic and went ahead and got some tickets for Sunday. Can’t wait!!

How big a loser do you have to be to bring a cheater car to win an Xfinity race?

They said that the 54’s left rear was low, which wouldn’t be an advantage because you want the spoiler in the air. Knowing that the xfinity spoilers are tiny compared to the giant Cup car spoilers, I wonder if they were seeing what they could get away with for tomorrow . That’s assuming getting some of the giant cup spoiler out of the air would be advantageous

Frustrating race, but it was still fun being there in person! The speed difference in the leaders and lapped cars in the turns was like 20mph. The lapped cars looked SO slow, but even if a much faster car caught them in the wrong spot, there was extreme difficulty passing. Other than passing lapped cars, it was mostly single file.
I noticed that, until the end of the race, it seemed like Kevin could pass anyone except the 9 as long as there wasn't a lapped car to break his run. Then he couldn't pass anyone at the end. I thought for sure they had it won when they came in for that last stop (assuming they were going to gas and go or take 2 tires).
I don't know why nascar thinks this package is good.

I read that RCR has a 'command center" back in Welcome that made that call on the 3/8 that got them the top two finish...too bad they didn't have that back when Todd Berrier had no clue what to do to help the 29.

So they needed a command center to make the same call all of us peasants made from home 😂😂

I guess you have to give them credit for paying attention to the race trends and recognizing tires didn't mean diddly shit, unlike the guys on the pit boxes of the more fancied teams.
