Just wanted to say that I thought NBC did a real crap job of covering the race after the finish....
It was like " ok well Kyle won.........now on to basketball scores and other more important stuff...see ya"
The superbowl gets an hour of after-party hi jinx...we get jack!

Well in their defense the block of time they have for coverage had run over by quite a bit b/c of the rain. It was supposed to have gone to NBCSN at 7 pm, but they left it on NBC instead of going to NFL pregame.
I assume most of the post-race stuff was on SN but I didn't watch it.

I was surprised they didn't move to NBCSN mid race... Everybody knows the NFL is their bread and butter...
I didn't flip over to the post race stuff, just didn't care at all to see Kyle Busch being interviewed....

I quit watching when it was obvious that Shrub was going to win, so I wouldn't have watched anymore anyway, can't stomach the guy.
I didn't think it was possible for NASCAR to alienate even more fans than they already have, but shrub being their champion will likely do just that.

My guess is NBC thought Shrub's mom is there, his brother is there, plastic Samantha is there, the Gibbs' are there........ who else on earth would care that Shrub won...cut to the basketball scores!
