I realize you have a personal Vendetta against KB, but I don't see this as his fault.
He's trying to get to the garage as quickly and hopefully repaired as possible. You can tell the car is leaving fluid behind (Perhaps brake fluid from the right front damage) and looked like he was slowing as much as he could.
And if that wasn't enough, all "Hot Pass" recipients sign forms acknowledging that there is an inherent risk of being in the area and they assume all risks and responsibilities as such.
The only thing I can see coming out of this is NASCAR restricting where Hot Pass Civilians will have access in the future.

Yup, she'll get pain and suffering, but probably not from kyle. He'll have his lawyer prove within all NASCAR rules he did nothing wrong, so it'll fall on NASCAR. They'll pay her a little because she's not quote, seriously hurt. And I believe NASCAR will look into not having drivers drive back to the garage. It's gonna be hard to decifer which cars are drivable in which aren't, maybe if it drivable they can drive back to put lane, but not the garage. But hey, this doesn't really happen enough yet, so maybe no change. Who knows.

Actually, he could have driven it... that's why as soon as they dropped it off at the garage, he hoped back in it and was back on the track shortly after the green flag dropped. Of course, NASCAR Screwed him by making him get a tow which forced him to go to the Infield Care Center and cost him several laps in the process... But... in my opinion, the bigger issue is how the Hell does Bristol think they can continue to charge such exorbitant ticket prices when the stands aren't even half full. I love the short tracks, but two tickets to two Martinsville races are still cheaper than two tickets to a single Bristol race.

I've never had hot passes, but it's my understanding that the process is a lot more complicated than purchasing a ticket. You have to go to the credential center and sign/fill out several pages of paperwork. Mainly being a signature that states you release NASCAR and the track from any responsibility.

I know at local tracks it says the same thing but people are getting hurt constantly and getting paid for it.

I've had the pleasure of having hot passes to a lot of races, the fan is ultimately responsible. You have to be aware of your surroundings at all times. I wouldn't fault Kyle for it at all. She more than likely was not paying attention.

Pouty didn't win...so "PR/Grown Up Kyle" was nowhere to be found. He's a bad guy and a sore loser. Now, this woman in the video is very much to blame as well - when you are in that area (which I have been in many times), it is your responsibility to keep your head on a swivel and always know your surroundings. However, that doesn't give Pouty a pass for driving through a roped area and blatantly knocking into her. Anyone that thinks this guy has actually grown up 1 iota is a delusional idiot.

Ironic that nascrap.com hasn't mention much of anything on this just imagine what they would have done to kurt, they suspended him how many races last year when he was just accused of hitting a woman so with video evidence of him doing it while angry they would have banned him for life.
