I live in the next county over (Alamance County). I have driven by there a few times... It was difficult to see from the road (better view in the winter once the leaves fell off the trees), but yeah.... It was a great looking piece of real estate!

I happened to be down there when the house was being built (during one of the FCG's) & it was massive, I never saw it all done other than in pictures but if it was located somewhere else I'm sure they could have gotten 3.5 if not more for it.
