good for the boys to win today - they needed to close one out and did it perfectly. Hopefully that gets the ball rolling.

Missed the race. Was at the hospital all day. Does anyone know of any site/channel that might offer a replay?

Did anyone notice how slow our front tire changer was today? Looked like a old man changing tires not to mention a lot bigger than most teams. I don't know if he is new or what, but we only maintain on our last stop. The rest we lost positions on pit road. Glad to get the win we needed that before the chase starts.

Happy we won. Still pissed that they ruined Bristol. I actually fast forwarded the last 150 laps because I was falling asleep. Watched the last 10 laps and was very happy he won. But Bristol, which used to be my favorite track, is now one of my least favorites.

Hope you're not thinking about yrs ago when "the ONLY way to pass was the chrome bumper bumping someone up out of the way, and when that happened you lost many spots trying to get back down to a one groove track on the bottom. Then they redid the track and it moved the groove up top, everyone complained, then they redid the track again, to progressive banking. Great side by side racing for what, a year in a half, NASCAR said, quote, nascrap said the fans complained again, I didn't, that was good side by side racing. So they redid it again, back to the top. This track will never please more than a 1/3 of fans.

Seems to me that Kevin likes to have a car setup on the bottom here... during the truck race, it seemed like the bottom was the only line working. Byron made the high line work, but in the end it was the bottom that was the best. I just want Kevin to make ALOT of enemies tonight... hopefully a bunch from the Toyota camp. What do you guys think of the blocking that the teams do on restarts? Kes and Joey were doing it at Martinsville. Toyota camp does it. Hopefully if any of those drivers try it, whoever is in 3rd will spin them out! I absolutely hate that tactic. One more thing... Any one notice the number of part failures the Toys had in the truck race!? I was hoping the problems with the Toyota camp would extended to the cup race....the entire Toyota camp needs to go dumpster diving. They left ALOT of parts all over that track! LOL! I LOVED IT! Kevin was a class act today! With the way that ended I believe he would have had Busch covered too! He didn't make any enemies... And it was really cool watching Kevin and Tony do burnouts!

FOR ME, it's been garbage ever since they did the first reconfiguration, and they've been chasing it ever since. Side-by-side racing doesn't mean great when a fast car can't pass a slow car. It's basically a smaller Dover at this point. But, it is what it is - that's why I just tape it and fast forward to the good stuff.

I always thought that when they added safer barriers to the straightaways is when they killed the racing. Now instead of the car on the outside pinching the inside line down the track does it for them. Completely change the radius of the track and killed the bottom line.

Now instead of the car on the outside pinching the inside line down the track does it for them. Completely change the radius of the track and killed the bottom line. You may be right. All I know is that when I was going to the races there in the early 2000's, it was really difficult to get tickets and every race was sold out. The year after they reconfigured it, the place wouldn't even be 3/4 full, and it's been that way ever since. Watching the stands tonight was an absolute joke - maybe 1/3 full. And that was on a SUNDAY - not even a Monday rain delay. So, whatever the reason is, fans like myself who once clamored to go to Bristol lost interest once the racing there changed.
