Brandon would have posted the following chassis Info: Chassis Information - Chassis No. 4-864: Kevin Harvick will pilot the No. 4 Busch Light Chevrolet SS built on Chassis No. 4-864 in the Goody’s Fast Relief 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race Sunday at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway. Built in 2014, Chassis No. 4-864 made its debut at Martinsville in March 2014, when it started 18th, led one lap and finished seventh. It made its second appearance at Martinsville in October 2014, when it started 33rd and finished 33rd after being collected in an accident with Matt Kenseth. Its first appearance in 2015 also came at Martinsville, where it started 17th, led 154 laps and finished eighth after getting shuffled back on several late-race restarts. In November 2015, Harvick started 12th, led 38 laps and finished eighth. In its most recent appearance at Martinsville in April 2016, chassis No. 864 started 19th, led 72 laps and finished 17th after Harvick was shuffled back in the outside line on consecutive late-race restarts. ----- I do believe that the 4 team needs a special El Toro paint job for this track... simple addition. ... so I can't do chrome!

I would have thought they would have built a new chassis for Martinsville - this one hasn't been overly successful.

Wasn't very fast this morning Brads never fast here either but always at the front. Long run cars matter most here. You can be a tenth off for the first 20 laps but it doesn't matter because it's so hard to pass on fresh tires. You want to be a tenth better than everybody later in the run when they can't hold their car on the bottom anymore.

I would have thought they would have built a new chassis for Martinsville - this one hasn't been overly successful. And Rodney said on Twitter after Dover he was tired of running old cars Rodney message me this on twitter about older cars. This is his words not mine. Figured I would just send you a message.. the fans like yourself don't have a clue what old cars and new cars mean. Our car isn't an old car. The body and every piece on it is brand new. When you say "old car", the only thing that you are referring to is the center cage of the frame which only has 1900miles on it and doesn't wear out. The old cars are grandfathered in for NASCAR and don't have to meet the new center section rules. So our "old car" is 25lbs lighter than if we built a brand new one, and is all new. So now, you can quit calling it an old car. It's not.

No offense to Rodney, but he says a lot of shit that I don't believe... What normally do you don't believe that he says? I don't want to get in a big argument about this, but he said some shit last year after Watkins and NH about the fuel that I didn't buy one bit. And there was something earlier this with the pit guns that he gave some bullshit excuse about. You may not see what I see, but I certainly do.

No I agree with you I just wanted to see your direction. Rodney makes a lot of excuses in my opinion about certain situations. The key points you said are spot on. I don't think we are championship material this year. Our pit crew is better, but still problems. Our cars are fast, but no fast enough in my opinion. I will wait and see tomorrow in practice, but it always seems to me we are a little behind in the race even though we may be 1st in lap averages in practice.

Not worried.... I think the car is good... but in the past we have suffered from poor pit times and bad restarts. Pit times seem to be better and so do restarts. NASCAR needs to deal with the games that the Penske and JGR teams play upfront.

Yeah they may not be championship material in the abstract, but this stupid Chase is such a crapshoot that he could win Phoenix to get into the final race and just as easily win that. In my opinion, all of the 8 remaining guys have an equal chance of winning this - there is so much luck and randomness involved when you get to this point in this contrived "championship".
