Interesting to see if Harvick picks the last pitstall this year. I remember in 2014 he told Rodney they need to pick something different if they get the chance again. No grip on that last pitstall. can't find the pit stall selection on jayskis, anyone know which stall they took? |

They only have 40 cars starting the race so they don't use the last 2 stalls anymore. They were asphalt and the rest are concrete. |

Since 2012 he's led 42.4% of the laps run at Atlanta (835 out of 1967) and has no wins.

Even 2009 his car was great till his own teammate (who just happens to be his teammate again) screwed him by spinning in the grass.

There's a special spot in Hell reserved for Childress and his silver spoon grandson for that horse crap they pulled yesterday but every single race the 4 dominates he's got to overcome the sanctioning body too. They started the artificial drama crap with 60 to go or whatever throwing a fake caution.
Ultimately Kevin sped and it is what it is, but the way these races are manipulated is sickening.

That was a chase Elliot caution and they do this every Atlanta race at the end. |

I am going to add my 2 cents here.. I sat in those stands and watched Kevin dominate that race and the pit crew was awesome getting Kevin in and out of the pits.. now the fact that he got caught speeding in the first section and the 24 was pushing him down pit road could have been a factoring in the speeding. But what really makes me mad as hell is the fact that the #3 went right by the side road that he could have easily turned down and been in the pits and not dead on the track to bring out a stupid last minute caution.. I can only imagine the disappointment that Kevin feels and the whole # 4 team and crew.. They did an awesome job yesterday and they deserved that win!
