The violation for the No. 4 car is detailed in sections 20.3.3.3 I-4 of the NASCAR Rule Book (track bar mount and supports) and driver Kevin Harvick's sixth-place finish at Phoenix is encumbered. The No. 4 crew chief Rodney Childers was fined $25,000 and suspended from the next Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series points race. The team was assessed with the loss of 10 driver and 10 team owner points. can you believe that shit.. after all the cheating the 78 gets away with on a weekly bases and they are going to take 10 points for this bull crap and suspend Rodney.. Funny how Kevin has the random car that goes to the RAD center every time you turn around..
They can't stand to see the Fords doing so well, Nascar is all about Toyota now

what a fkkin joke!!! "the #4 teams 6th place finish will be encumbered",what the eff is that garbage? "encumbered",why didn't they "encumbered" kyle busch win last year the very week nascar said "all lug nuts or else"?i guess the rules are for everyone but kyle,like last week when he attacked another driver and got no penalties,no probation or anything. nacsar is so far up kyle and toyotas asses is sickening. they need to inspect those Toyotas,but I guess even if they did they would say "we found nothing  " nascar is sinking fast.the more we say "stop messing it up", the more they mess it up. |

What is "encumbered" anyways? I understand that a win would not count toward the playoffs but what does encumbering Kevins 6th place finish (+1 point) do? So does he just lose 10 points or are his 32 points for Phoenix also at risk? And if we're talking about a "bonus" that Kevin would potentially keep through out the entire playoff... tell me again why they are doing a playoff system where your bonus stays with you even after the first round? #bringbacktheoldscoring
And isn't the track bar and mounting part of the Chassis? Meaning, isn't this the same stuff that Nascar has already seen in the past (being a 2016 chassis)?
