Chassis Information - Chassis No. 4-1038: Kevin Harvick will pilot the No. 4 Jimmy John’s Ford Fusion built on Chassis No. 4-1038 in the AAA 400 Drive for Autism Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race Sunday at Dover (Del.) International Speedway. Built new in 2017, Chassis No. 4-1038 made its NASCAR Cup Series debut in April at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth. Harvick won the pole at Texas with a lap of 27.217 seconds at 198.405 mph. He went on to lead 77 laps en route to a fourth-place finish.
The video is a Busch race but I thought it was most appropriate (and topical) seeing as Kevin hasn't won the spring race at Dover. Kevin and Kryle had contact and it ended both of their days. What I enjoy most about this video (and when I watched it live) was Kevin driving Kryle the length of the front stretch into turn 1. The ensuing interview with Kevin is a glimpse into the future of Kryle. Enjoy!

We destroyed the field from 14th or 15th here in 2015. Nothing to worry about yet. Time to get on the board with a win though, no way around it

Toyota, Toyota, Toyota, Toyota...yeah, certainly nothing to see here folks - clearly no manufacturer has any advantage over the others.

How's the air in psycho-world? who did the #4 beat by .003 for that pole? nascar was off by .003 of a second from him winning the pole last week and .003 of a gallon off on gas for him to win the race.nascar missed their script by fractions. the air must be thick in your "psycho-world"

I agree. Nascar is no different than any other sport. They push certain drivers on people by what they say in a broadcast. Now I am no conspiracy theorists but with the way media works these days I would not be surprised by anything at this point in life.

Missed the race today. How was the car? Was it competitive? How was the crew?

Missed the race today. How was the car? Was it competitive? How was the crew? IMHO... He could maintain position at best. Just didn't seem like he could move forward...maybe a car or two. 78, 42 and 48 were the only cars that I saw that could move forward during green flag runs... The 18 might have been a factor (finished 16th), but pit crew kill the car on 1st stop. He still drove it back into the top5 for a bit. Fords were jinxed! Trevor Bayne was there (21st) and Joey never really did anything (25th). Kurt took out Brad. Stenhouse blew a right front. Only 2 Fords in the Top 20 (Kevin/9th and Danica/10th)! 29th-39th had nine Fords! And again... Highest finishing driver for a manufacture... Wonder how many times that has happened since he's driven for SHR?

I have to agree with Jake. A lot of your claims are pretty ridiculous, but to each their own. Personally, if fixing a race were actually possible, NASCAR wouldn't be smart enough to actually do so. Even if they gave someone an advantage, there are tons of variables that go into place to prevent their wanted outcome to happen. Stop and ask yourself this, and be serious about it. Why would they want Toyota or more specifically Kyle Busch to win? That would actually be counter-productive to the sport, because from a lot of the comments I see, a big part of the fan base is Ford or Chevrolet. So, why would you want to alienate the majority if your fan base? Wouldn't that just drive them away with Toyota winning all the time? I like you, tombo. I'm not saying this to call you out or bash you in any way at all, but you have to take a step back and use logic and reasoning. I'm sure there are some under-handed things going on behind the scenes, but I don't see any logical reason why any of your claims would hold any value. Hell, back when Kevin was dominating in 2014 and 2015, people all over were saying it was fixed for Kevin and Chevrolet.
