It's a new season! I didn't see a pre-race report. Not sure if they'll be on Kevin's website or not this year. I think the fan club is gone and that probably means the meet and greets are gone, too. Hopefully the 4 team can keep up their late season momentum and have a a strong 2018. Good luck this weekend!

Yeah the meet & greets were nice. I've done a few of them. It'll suck if they're completely gone. Shame for those that haven't met Kevin or Delana. They really seem to be very nice and approachable, just not a show. That Camaro does look good. And for popularity purposes, I can see Ford switching to Mustangs in a year or two.
Well welcome back everyone. Hope all went well the last couple of months. Time to get our race smack talk on, here's mine
Gooooo Haarrrvick!!!!!

Looks like Toyota's cheat still works. All Toyota on the top of the chart.
Ford is at the other end of the order...

Glad Racing is back, however looking at the speed charts, it’s the same old slow speedway cars Rodney springs to the track. They always go for handling instead of speed. After midway last year I walked away from racing due to the Toyota dominance. I think a lot of people did. I hope this year is different but I have my doubts with Ford. Not sure why they have yet to change the body style.

looks like we are in for even worse season than last year with the Toyotas....nascar has made so many changes,99% of them to benefit the #18, that it has made it too obvious..im already sick of it and the season hasn't even stated.no wonder we lost so many fans the last few years...

NASCAR will not last without diversity. We need several different teams and drivers to compete at the level the 78 and 18 did last year. The element of surprise decreases every year it seems with fewer and fewer teams able to compete and run up front. Even the plate tracks, the same drivers are always up front. I use to listen to NASCAR radio on Sirius Xm. However, they always seem to think fans only show up to a race to watch their favorite driver. This is so far wrong and inaccurate with most fans. We like a big show and a chance at victory.

Well, Rodney dumped the speed setup and went with the handling setup. We never had speed to begin with. The best cars over the past 10 years are the ones at the top of the speed chart on single car runs. Everyear we struggle with speed at the plate tracks and the car is a snail.

I'm not trying to be a smart ass here and make enemies off of the bat, as I'm fairly new to this. What's your background? Have you worked on a NASCAR team before? Have you driven a stock car around Daytona before? Any top level crew chief experience? All serious questions. Just curious what your credentials are to know enough about what's going on to question a top level championship winning crew chief?
