UGH! How many cars did the "Young Guns" stick in the wall over the past 2 weeks!? And it wasn't even the rookies! Have you noticed that the majority of superspeedway wrecks in the past couple of years have all been at the front! From pushing in the wrong place or blocking. Just think of it this way... If Chase (running 2nd) doesn't throw the block on Kes (who had a huge run)... Kevin survives and races on.
Now for the real season! Come on Atlanta!

Tear down the banking to 24 degrees. They'll have to brake before the turns (or throw themselves into the outside wall) No more restrictor plates. I'd probably be the best racing ever. Blocking is what Dale Sr did to Marlin and sorry to say, but where'd it get him. Blocking or as Dillon did, purposely tapping a rear corner in a corner in order to pass will get someone else killed, it's just a matter of time. |

And its now in Vogue to hook your competition into the fence anytime you feel you have earned the right to do so. I just hope these safety devices don't fail our drivers, otherwise its another meat wagon off to Halifax. Tear the plate tracks down and turn them into road courses for God's Sake! |

I was trying to forget the fact that Shrub is now the "most" mature driver JGR has............maybe thats not a bad thing. See Shrub start full time in 2005 and Denny started full time in 2006. So Shrub is the most mature driver JGR has. Wonder when the Jibbs woke up in a cold sweat realize what ditching Kenseth really ment! |
