Kevin's seen it all...
Mid-pack cars (RCR) / New team / New Manufacture ... He's currently showing us what we've known all along. The man can drive and is one of the best!

My vote is for the mid-pack RCR racing. You can't win them all, so losing to Kyle/Truex/JJ sucks, but is to be expected. If he doesnt spend a decade at RCR he's potentially looking at another 15 wins in his career. That puts him in front of Rusty Wallace and behind Earnhardt. Instead of looking at one of the best of this decade, his name could be being mentioned among the best of all time. I still think he gets another 15 or so in his career if he and Rodney stay together another 3-4 years, but its definitely the "what could have been" that ultimately sucks.

At RCR there was 0 consistency. RCR's performance dips were huge. I remember years of turning on a race and watching Harvick drop to the 20's only for Todd to "figure it out" in the last part with just enough laps to maybe get a top10 out of it... race after race after race... Talk about a bad fit!

I'd rather run 2nd to Kyle Busch in every race for the rest of eternity than go back to RCR 2002-2005 and 2007 (post Daytona 500)-2009.
