I hope he enters the road to recovery prior to returning to work.

Throw him in jail, reset all the stupid rules he's introduced, and let's get back to real racing!

Unfortunately I love it. Just because I don't like what he's doing to Nascrap. It'd be nice to call it NASCAR again. Here's their policy
"Under NASCAR's substance abuse policy, Brian France could be suspended and required to go through a recovery program, or he could be subjected to drug testing.
Let's see how far that goes with him.

Funny how if this was a Driver, they would say that, "so and so is suspended due to actions detrimental to Nascar and list what they were busted from" Here's all Nascrap had to say.
By Staff Report NASCAR.com August 6, 2018 at 5:00 pm NASCAR issued the following statement on Monday: “Brian France has taken an indefinite leave of absence from NASCAR as chairman and chief executive officer. Effective immediately, NASCAR Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President Jim France has assumed the role of interim chairman and chief executive officer.”
I guess it pays to be the boss.

While I disagree with many of the decisions NASCAR has made in the last decade/decade and half, addiction is no joke and I hope Mr. France can conquer it.
