guess who was missing a lugnut?yep that's right the #18 and no nascar isn't taking wins away from him..this isn't me hating him or conspiracy theorying it,it is what it is..he failed pre race inspections and post race and still gets to keep the win...

The penalty for ONE missing lugnut is a fine. Why would they take away a win? They followed the letter of the law.

They followed the letter of the law. any car that fails both pre and post race inspections should be disqualified,they should make a rule for that too. the rule now is just a fine for crew chief but last year the win wouldn't have counted.this is kyle 4th or 5th post race missing lug nut this year and most were wins.nascar knows that the jgr cars are not using all 5 lug nuts to get out faster.allowing this is what tony stewart said a couple years ago,"un safe". |
