I fear turn 1 restarts! And starting mid-pack doesn't help. To many ? and this is an elimination race too! UGH! But... with all the drivers that had issues... good chance will be starting top 10. Seriously... I think Kevin was smart in practice... 80% keep it one piece and use strategy to get to the front...

chase brisco is an awesome dude!!I watched him at iowa speedway in arca a couple years ago.he won like a third of the races and the championship that year.

Well that just plain stinks! "Hailie Deegan's historic win" was at my local track! UGH! I knew the K&N series was going to be in Meridian Idaho... was planning on going... did I? Nope! Totally spaced it! UGH.
And I agree... much rather watch a ROVAL than a plate race!

Glad to see Blaney win, but how did Kevin not move up at all with significantly fresher tires?

They finally played his interview. Harv said he couldn't race harder at the end because bowyer was right in front of him and he didn't want to drive in hard and wreck him. I guarantee Bowyer wouldn’t have done the same

Just watch the F1 race! What a joke! Team orders! His tire is blistering so let him pass so he can win! We all have opinions about the ROVAL, but I know it was a much better race to watch than the F1 race! Talk about scripted racing! LOL!
As for the 4 cars performance... As a fan of Kevin, it was a painful race to watch. In the back of my mind, I know he can run better and I felt he just raced 80% all day... just enough to maintain nothing more. I don't believe that they missed it that bad! I invest my time to watch them compete at 100%. They used strategy to race for a win, but if felt like a 80% effort! Team orders I guess!

With nothing on the line, I probably won't even watch. That's how much NASCAR has messed up this whole playoff thing FOR ME - there are only a handful of races that even matter anymore. Back before the stupid Chase, every race mattered, every position mattered, every point mattered. Now, very little matters - and one lucky race can crown a champion. It sucks for me because I used to tune in each and every race because it mattered so much. Now, it's just kind of - eh. same here brother,same here..... I'll mirror both of ya. Was talking with my Nascrap friends yesterday just how years ago we were splitting images of the old Nascar commercial. "it's not just a sport, it's a way of life" we'd watch all 3 weekend races live unless it was a family emergency. Now I don't hardly watch any of them unless I have nothing else to do. |
