Pretty sad, actually. I re-watched some of the Winners Weekends on Youtube and during the episode they would talk about pit road issues, losing 3-4 spots on pit road, and how all they needed to do was not have any mistakes (Bristol and Kansas 2016) and they'd be fine. It's crazy that 2 years later the exact same things are happening.

Not sure why SHR teams are having the issues they are having however it appears to me that every team in NASCAR is having issues. No one is exempt. Similar cars puts a lot of pressure on everyone to excel leading to mistakes. They all need to take a deep breath.
