Thank you for the clarification Russel. To be honest I did not get a chance to watch it, I was only watching the timing and scoring.

With Rodney going "offline" on Twitter I don't get this kind of info very easily anymore.

Yeah... 88 broke a drive shaft and dumped a ton of oil going into turn 1. He did get off track asap... but the clean up crew decided to clean the oil trail and the racing groove in turn one. They blew all the speedy dry into the pit lane where all the cars were parked and was probably told to stop because it was throwing a bunch of junk on the cars … so … they left it all on the track. Kevin was the 3rd or 4th car to go after that. Said the car never came in... never felt like it had any grip.

Never thought I'd say this... but man I liked the group / elimination style qualifying better!

God I hope this team finds and gets a handle on half of what's keeping them out of victory lane before Miami. Like anytime now would be nice. Rack up 2 or 3 before Miami and we might have a legitimate chance. I guess minus the pit crew though, all can see, us and even TV calls them out just about every week, but no change there. I just don't get it.
