I'd assume the car is ok... watched pretty much an 1 hour of JJ driving around. Showed at least a shot of all the top cars except Harvick. After listening to the broadcast experts … seems to me we are all in for a long parade of cars. Seems this rules package creates a bubble. A following car can not get close enough to make a pass. Yippy!
As for the xfinity race... Can KB show any less excitement? His reaction in winners circle is a complete reflection of what the fans think. Ho-hum! I won another one! After his reaction, it wouldn't surprise me that NA$CAR finds a problem with his car.

Nascrap finding something wrong with his car is like them admitting the past 10 yrs in drop of attendance is because we keep changing the rules are make inconsistent calls all the time. Not gonna happen...

Now that is the way you celebrate a Indy win! Big smiles! Actually excited for the win!
Crowd was weak... I know its a big place but entire sections were empty.
Race was better than I expected... but it was still leader controlled the race and like Harvick said... "We had the fastest car..."

Its really sad when I look at it. So many lost years with RCR, and way too many long winless streaks in the 2000's.

Las Vegas should show some of what they have been working on for the 1.5 mile tracks

I took it as it was the Michigan car. If anything is was the same engine/car package as Michigan.
Hopefully they have figure out the balance question. Not really a problem, just bringing the right combination on speed vs handling. Looks like just speed isn't everything at some tracks... that right balance is key to a win. And controlling the race! The 4 team controlled the race Sunday. They have also lost a ton when they lose control and at Indy that was my fear. Get behind and you can't pass. During practice, JR thought that the pack would be closer. Nope! If you got behind, you couldn't pass... couldn't get close enough to even attempt a pass. And thus the parade of cars. The only way to make this type of racing fun, is to restart the race every 10 laps. Every 10 laps you'd get the excitement of the swapping positions and drafting. After it gets spread out its a dull race. Except when there are KB's Toyota engine parts all over the ground.

He didn't say which car they were bringing to Vegas, but Rodney did say in his post race presser that he wasn't sure it was the right car. He was concerned about how hot it was going to be (around 100 Sat/Sun) and how the car was going to drive because of the high track/ambient temp.
