All 4 cars a consistent 1 second off the pace of the Hendrick 88 and several other Bowties.

We appeared lost in the second practice as well. Slow firing off and on average.
Hope they figure something out.

Does anyone have a count to the number of times the 19 has failed 3 or more times? That teams numbers have to double or triple anyone else! I swear, that the guy that comes as the 19's "Car Chief" is just a stand-in and has the best paying gig in NASCAR. NASCAR need to treat this like Basketball... you know the other sport where penalties mean absolutely nothing and more often then not work in your favor. They both share the concept of ejection. But Basketball has a penalty BONUS … where the guy that got fouled gets to shoot free-throws. For NASCAR: 3rd 3+ tech inspection fail nets a Car Chief and Front Tire changer getting to go home. Or better yet... The Hat picks the crew member. Names in the Hat and a name gets picked. Position can not be replaced. Lose the fuel guy and someone will be doing double duty.
19's "Car chief" Job description: - Must ACT like they are important - Attend only a few races a year
