AP - NASCAR announced early Monday morning that the season may be complete after yesterday's eventful race at Talladega. "As two fronts converge over the United States this week," Brian Neudorff (@nascar_WXMAN) explains, "Monsoon-like showers will cover the country. The new Air-Titans will simply not be able to keep up." One can probably guess the cause of this unusual occurrence. The tears from non-stop crying by Joe Gibbs Racing drivers are coming together with those of Dale Jr. fans nation-wide. "We deal with weepers at the track from time to time," NASCAR Vice Chairmen Mike Helton said," but never ones of this magnitude coming together at the same time. We will likely have to cancel the rest of the season." Twitter warriors Denny Hamlin and Matt Kenseth both took to the keyboard after being eliminated from the Chase Sunday afternoon. The Joe Gibbs Racing drivers were both upset that they did not advance and needed someone to blame it on. This comes just one week after Matt Kenseth cried a river after being spun by Joey Logano as they raced for the win at Kansas. Dale Jr. fans were also upset that their driver was eliminated from the chase, in spite of NASCAR's valiant effort to get him the victory. 10-26-15
